Increase in Land Registry Revolving Fund Service Fee

As of May 1, 2025, the service fee for the Land Registry’s revolving fund has been significantly increased. Following a 44% rise in January 2025 due to the revaluation rate, this is the second increase within the same year.

According to the new regulation, the fee paid during the purchase of residential, land, and field properties has been raised by rates ranging 50% to 200%. In high-value real estate districts such as those in Istanbul, the fee has reached up to 5,324 TL.

This introduces a notable cost change for individuals and investors planning real estate transactions. Anyone considering a title deed process is strongly advised to take this change into account when making their financial plans.
